These Subscription Terms ("Sub Terms") govern your purchase and use of paid, auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features in the PROCSD app ("App"). By purchasing or renewing a subscription, you agree to these Sub Terms, our main Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use any paid subscription.

These Subscription Terms ("Sub Terms") govern your purchase and use of paid, auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features in the PROCSD app ("App"). By purchasing or renewing a subscription, you agree to these Sub Terms, our main Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use any paid subscription.

1. Important Disclaimers for Paid Features

Premium features including recovery tracking, analytics, AI coaching, lessons, soundscapes and habit tools are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, counseling or professional addiction recovery services.

PROCSD and its premium features are not a substitute for professional healthcare, therapy, nutritional advice or counseling. No doctor–patient, therapist–client or nutritionist–client relationship is created.

No specific results, dietary outcomes, habit changes or health improvements are guaranteed. Individual results vary widely and depend on many factors beyond the App.

Always consult qualified healthcare professionals including physicians, therapists, counselors, dietitians or addiction specialists for personalized advice. Seek immediate professional help in cases of crisis, severe distress or emergency.

Do not rely solely on the App or its premium features for managing dietary addiction, disordered eating, mental health or any related condition.

2. Subscription Plans and Payment Methods

PROCSD offers auto-renewable subscription plans providing access to all premium features including the 90-day recovery program, Sage AI coaching, daily habit tracking, recovery lessons, soundscapes, craving support tools, streak and level system, journal and My Why features.

Plans, pricing and billing periods are displayed in the App at purchase. We may modify, add or remove features at any time without liability, provided material changes comply with applicable law and these Sub Terms.

Subscriptions are processed exclusively via the Apple App Store for iOS devices, charged to your Apple ID. Payment processing is also managed through RevenueCat. Availability depends on your device, region and applicable App Store policies.

3. Billing and Auto-Renewal

Payment is charged at purchase confirmation and for each renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends via your iPhone Settings. Renewal occurs within 24 hours before the period ends. You authorize recurring charges.

Prices and taxes are as displayed at purchase and renewal. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

4. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered:

  • No charge applies during the trial period

  • Any unused trial portion is forfeited upon purchasing a paid subscription

  • The subscription auto-renews and you are charged at the trial's end unless cancelled at least 24 hours before expiration

  • Free trials may be limited to new subscribers or specific eligibility criteria

5. Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

Manage or cancel your subscription via your iPhone Settings:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → PROCSD

Deleting the App or your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain premium access until the end of that period.

6. Price Changes

We may adjust subscription prices or introduce new plans. You will receive advance notice via App notification, email or as required by applicable law and App Store rules if a price change affects your existing subscription. Changes apply only at the next renewal unless you agree otherwise. Continued use after renewal constitutes acceptance of the new price.

7. Refunds and No-Refund Policy

All subscription purchases and renewals are final and non-refundable except as expressly required by applicable law or Apple App Store policies.

Refunds if any are handled exclusively by Apple, not by PROCSD. You may request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your account or ceasing use of the App does not entitle you to a refund.

As a consumer in the European Union you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection law including the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of a digital service purchase where the service has not yet been delivered. Once you have accessed the App's premium features you acknowledge that the service has been delivered and the right of withdrawal no longer applies, subject to applicable law.

8. Access After Cancellation or Expiration

Upon cancellation or non-renewal:

  • Premium access continues until the current billing period ends

  • Your account reverts to a non-active state

  • Your recovery data, journal entries and progress remain accessible in your account but premium features become unavailable

PROCSD is not liable for any loss of access, data or perceived value after expiration.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Premium features and subscriptions are provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties express or implied regarding fitness, performance, results, uninterrupted access, error-free operation or suitability for any purpose, especially health-related outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PROCSD, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and payment processors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages including loss of data, profits, health outcomes, emotional distress, medical costs or dietary addiction-related harm arising from subscriptions, premium features, payment processing or these Sub Terms.

Total liability if any is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim or €100 EUR, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Sub Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable EU or Dutch consumer protection law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PROCSD and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and payment processors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses including reasonable legal fees arising from your use of premium features or subscriptions, violation of these Sub Terms, reliance on the App for health or dietary decisions, any content you submit or share, or disputes related to payment methods or processors.

11. Changes to Sub Terms

We may update these Sub Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the App, via email or other reasonable means. Continued subscription use or renewal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law and Contact

These Sub Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands without regard to conflict of laws principles. As a consumer in the European Union you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
